Beavis and Butthead making comeback

Those of you who grew up in the MTV age, as I did, remember MTV's animated series Beavis and Butthead which ran from 1993 to 1997 before being canceled. The two knuckleheads were known for their off the wall reviews of music videos and crude sense of humor. I remember watching them most evenings after getting home from work. They were always good for a few laughs after a long day at the office.

I learned recently that MTV is bringing the series back sometime this summer, but as of yet, no start date has been announced. Reports are that the series creator, Mike Judge, will be the brains behind the operation again, but this time around the duo will critique more than just music videos. Things such as reality series and Youtube videos will receive equal opportunity offending. For ol' times sake, in this post, I've included the video of the two knuckleheads watching the music video of Ozzy Osbourne's "Shot in the Dark." Watch it by clicking here. Enjoy.

For more information on the B & B's return, visit their page on MTV.com by clicking here. In the words of Beavis, "uh-hmm, uh-hmm, uh-hmm, that's pretty cool."
