We're all heard stories about how a momma bear will fight or attack to protect her cubs. Other animals will do it, too, In fact, many of us have actually witnessed such events. However, how many of us would expect a relatively docile, peaceful animal such as a deer to do such a thing ?? I didn't until I saw this amazing video (WARNING - contains one very brief instance of mild profanity). It's shocking and incredible. You'll probably think of deer in a whole new way after seeing it.
The morale of the story - leave those cute, cuddly deer fawns alone. Momma may be watching you.
