Obama bans historic rifles

I received this video from the National Association for Gun Rights (NAGR) the other day. Obama recently banned 1 million American made historic M-1 Garand rifles and carbines via executive order. We know he has an anti-2nd Amendment record. Could this the method he will use to institute future gun bans ??
