An East Haven, Connecticut man is enjoying a second chance thanks to Facebook. According to an article on ChicagoTribune.com, Facebook Posting Leads to Transplant, Carlos Sanchez, 44, received a new kidney through a living donation made by the mayor of the town, April Capone-Almon, after she found out about his situation via Facebook. The two had been acquaintances for some time, but she learned about the seriousness of his health situation on Facebook. Now that's what you call a "Public Servant."
