WalMart employee will save boss

How much do you like your boss ? Seriously. Do you like him or her enough to offer to donate one of your kidneys to save their life ? To Teresa Pearson, a WalMart employee in Grandville, Michigan, the answer to that question is a resounding "Yes." In fact, she was the one to bring it up when she approached the assistant manager, Jeff Goodale, at the WalMart where she works and volunteered to be a living donor for him.

A picture of the inside of a remodeled Walmart...According to the story on wltx.com titled Woman Donates Kidney to Her Boss, Jeff inherited kidney disease from his father and cysts growing on his kidneys had "... shut them down." He had been on the waiting list for a kidney for two years and was facing a lifetime of dialysis when Teresa stepped up and offered to help. One of her reasons for doing so was that Jeff had served our country for 20 years in the military. It was Teresa's way of saying thank you. Jeff's transplant was originally scheduled for March but has been re-scheduled for May. Something tells me he can't wait, and I'm hoping everything goes great for both him and Teresa.
