Recently,
New Jersey Republican Governor
Chris Christie signed a good piece of legislation into law. It requires the state's Treasury Department to include information about organ and tissue donation in the paychecks of the state's employees during the month of April in observance of Donate Life Month. Since more than 113,000
Americans, including more than 5000 from New Jersey, are currently on the waiting list for life-saving
organ transplants, I'd say it was a good move by Governor Christie. On behalf of all those waiting, I say, "Thank You."
